Testing a hyperlink for my blog reader

Someone commented that when using the target="_blank" attribute with a blogspot site in Blogger, the window does not open in a new window. That is a suprise to me. I am a retired scientist, and I like to experiment, so I am going to make a hyperlink to the post where my blog reader made that comment: How to make a clickable linkThe HTML I used to make the above hyperlink is in the scroll box
