Hack blinking text CSS javascript

Now generally, if you want to display blinking text, you would have to add something to your blog CSS (Cascading Style Script) and use Javascript. Further, this will only work with the Internet Explorer web browser. Now you can display any blinking text without tampering with the blog CSS or template and the blinking effect will be displayed in any browser. I have tested it at testing blinking
